Coaching services are:

  • Educational

  • Future-focused

Coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, or psychological counseling.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require licensed mental health support, please seek appropriate professional care.

2. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participation in:

  • Discovery calls

  • Group programs

  • 1:1 coaching

  • Digital offerings

Results depend on many factors, including your personal commitment, circumstances, and implementation.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Discovery Calls

Complimentary discovery calls are provided for informational and exploratory purposes only.

Participation in a discovery call does not create:

  • A coaching relationship

  • A therapeutic relationship

  • A fiduciary relationship

A coaching relationship begins only after both parties agree in writing to enter into services.

4. Payment and Refunds (For Future Paid Services)

If you enroll in a paid coaching program:

  • Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or checkout page.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or missed group calls unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Program materials

  • Worksheets

  • Frameworks

  • Videos

  • Branding

is the intellectual property of Ellen Spencer Coaching.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share materials without written permission.

By using this website or participating in coaching services, you agree:

  • Not to use the site for unlawful purposes
